DONATION REQUEST FORM

The Whole Wheatery strives to be a "good local business citizen". In doing so, we have developed guiding principles that state that it is our responsibility to make significant contributions to strengthen the health and educational fabric of our community. Since 1983, we have focused our corporate giving on local non-profit organizations that:

• Feed the hungry and work with homeless to provide shelter.
• Work on issues of peace and social/environmental justice within our local communities.
• Support the local public schools.

This form is required for any organization seeking donations (in kind or cash). Please fill out the form completely. If we are able to make a donation, someone will get back to you. Due to high volume, we may not respond to every request. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
