Creamy Vegan Italian Dressing

This light and tasty homemade dressing is the perfect addition to your weeknight meal!
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup Olive Oil (or avocado oil)
  • ½ cup Califia Unsweetened Almond Milk (or Califia Unsweetened Better Half for a thicker dressing)
  • ¾ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to fully combine. Taste and add additional salt, vinegar or herbs, as desired.
  2. Store in refrigerator. Dressing will separate naturally. Simply re-whisk prior to use.
  3. Enjoy  on your favorite salad or as a dip for veggies!
