Aloe Vera Face Mask

This easy skin care regimen from  Lakewood Organic  is sure to rejuvenate your skin the natural way. Give yourself a spa treatment at home any day of the week! 

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp Bentonite Clay
• 1 Tbsp Lakewood Aloe Vera Gel
• 1 Tbsp Distilled Water
• 2 drops 100% Lavender Essential Oil
• 3 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Instructions

1. Combine bentonite clay and aloe vera in a bowl.
2. Add distilled water and stir until smooth paste forms. Add more water for thinner consistency.
3. Add essential oils and continue to stir.
4. Smooth unto clean, slightly damp face.
5. Sit back, relax and be still for 15 minutes to allow face mask to dry.
6. After 15 minutes, rinse off with a soft washcloth and warm water.
7. Follow-up with a light moisturizer of your choice.

Optional: Apply a toner like witch hazel or rose water to your face after removing the mask, to tighten the pores and add an extra layer of cleansing. Then apply moisturizer as usual.
