Ingredients:
1 cup black Greek olives, pitted2 tablespoon drained Capers1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil1/2 teaspoon dried Thyme leaves1 clove garlic, minced1 teaspoon lemon juice1/2 cup fresh whole grain bread crumbsblack pepper to taste1 small french baguette

| Instructions: |
| In a food processor, combine olives, Capers, oil, Thyme, garlic and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice.
Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
Add breadcrumbs and pulse just until mixed.
Season with pepper and additional lemon juice, if desired.
Spread on toasted slices of baguette. The baguette is not included in the nutrition analysis.
